Shipping Policy
At Minly, We offer free shipping for all orders with an order value of Rs. 500 and above.
Since our products are freshly made, we send them out within 2-4 working days. After that, it takes 1-2 working days for deliveries within Ahmedabad and 3-4 working days outside Ahmedabad.
We use trusted courier companies and Speed Post for delivering your orders. However, sometimes there might be delays in delivery, which are not our fault. These delays could be because of reasons like bad weather or other issues with the courier service. We always aim to deliver your order on time, as mentioned when you placed your order.
If, for some reason, we can't deliver your order because of things out of our control, like if your area has poor courier service or there's an unexpected event, we'll let you know. In such cases, we'll have to cancel your order and give you a full refund. We'll keep you updated every step of the way.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, there will be a small deduction of 10% as transaction fees. If you decide to cancel your order after it has been sent out, you can refuse the delivery when it arrives. Once our delivery partner lets us know that they've sent the package back to us, we'll cancel your order and give you a refund.
You'll see the refunded amount back in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
Returns Policy
We're proud of how carefully we package and inspect all our products before sending them out, so the chance of damage is very low. But if your order does get damaged, here's what you can do:
We promise to replace any product ordered online if it's damaged because of a mistake in manufacturing or during transportation.
To get a replacement, let us know within 24 hours of getting your order. Before we confirm the exchange, we'll need to see proof of the damage, like photos or videos of the damaged package and its contents, including the shipping label and invoice slip.
If the product you send back is out of stock, we'll help you get a refund. You'll see the refunded amount back in your account within 5 to 7 business days.
